China wages information warfare at Hong Kong pro-democracy protesters

As US and British flags (some from colonial times) were seen many times in the demonstrations, and with secretary-general of pro-democracy party Demosisto & self-appointed voice of protesters Joshua Wong Chi-Fung being photographed meeting with the political unit chief of the US Consulate General at the JW Marriott Hotel, Beijing doesn’t even have to force the Western manipulation narrative.
