Semiha is an MA Student in Asian Studies with a Japan Major at Boğaziçi University, Istanbul. She previously worked as an Assistant Coordinator at Boğaziçi University‘s Asian Studies Center and Project Coordinator at the Japanese Studies Association (JAD) in Istanbul. She specializes in Japan’s (post-war) cultural diplomacy and the role of culture in Japan’s international relations and foreign policy.
