Shubhra holds a PhD in Diplomacy and Disarmament from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Her areas of interest include international security issues, 'soft' aspects of nuclear learning and dynamics of South Asian politics. Previously, she has worked in research organisations addressing issues including nuclear security perspectives, India-Pakistan dialogue and behavioural studies of nuclear 'outliers'.
