FCA – Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles “proposes a board initially made up of 11 members, with four members each for both FCA and Renault, and one from Renault alliance partner Nissan”.

The guys in Yokohama (and at METI) are going to love this. John Elkann better make sure he filed his income tax properly…
