On December 11, 2020, Asia Power Watch editor Nicolas Michelon was invited by Dr Chester Cabalza of Philippines’ International Development and Security Cooperation (IDSC) to discuss the 2021 prospects for economic warfare in the Asia-Pacific region.
Mr Michelon discussed the signing and scope of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), Japan’s adoption of the “back-up” Resilient Supply Chain Initiative (RSCI), India’s role in containing China, China’s trade and political tensions with Australia, as well as prospects for ASEAN countries in a post-Covid world.
Thank you to Dr Cabalza and the entire IDSC team for this great opportunity.
