Based in Perth, Western Australia, Andre is the Founder & CEO of the Asia Pacific Connex consultancy. He holds a BSc (Hons) degree from University of Natal and an MBA in supply chain management from the Australian Institute of Business. He is currently a PhD candidate on the impact of China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) on infrastructure and logistics in the ASEAN.
