Affaire Carlos Ghosn: un cas d’école de guerre économique

L’affaire Carlos Ghosn est généralement présentée comme une affaire de morale personnelle, de gouvernance d’entreprise et comme une occasion de remettre en question le système judiciaire japonais. Au-delà de ces aspects les plus évidents, il ressort d’une analyse plus poussée que nous avons affaire ici à un cas d’école de guerre économique menée par le Japon contre la France, avec pour enjeu le contrôle de deux champions industriels nationaux sous domination étrangère.

Par l’analyse des rapports de force économiques, financiers et technologiques, mais également en mettant à jour les nombreux “angles morts” politiques, il est possible d’identifier les stratégies des parties prenantes et d’avancer un premier pronostic quant à l’avenir de l’alliance Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi.
